The Client: Central Clinical Hospital

The Central Clinical Hospital has made a major contribution to health care in Azerbaijan over the last 50 years. The Hospital's highly qualified personnel provide the best healthcare services based on the latest scientific, technological and practical innovations. The Hospital has departments of radiology, gynaecology, paediatrics, therapy, cardiology, orthopaedics and physiotherapy. About 10,000 open heart operations, 30,000 angiography procedures, stem cell transplantations, IVF and many other complex procedures have been performed at the Central Clinical Hospital.

Business Challenge

New buildings of the Hospital required installation of digital IT and telecom solutions, including security, alert and information systems (CCTV and digital notifications), and an inpatient call and response system. All the implemented solutions needed capacity for possible future expansion and integration with new systems.

Solution

Having received the necessary input data, ED developed and proposed solutions to meet the customer’s requirements. During development of the project, joint activities and requirements were discussed with the customer and contractors, and set forth in agreements.
