Call Center

Bank Standart is one of the largest private banks of Azerbaijan which constantly improve the conditions and quality of our products and services.

Eurodesign was invited to upgrade the Call Center Legacy infrastructure at Bank Standart in2010.

Upgrade of the infrastructure consisted of Network topology, Server locations, redundancy for IPT and Call Center. 

Call Center Upgrade:

  • Upgrade of agent desktop interface
  • Static IVR implementation
  • Development of customized reporting

Call Manager Upgrade:

  • Upgrading of legacy infrastructure,
  • Modifying configuration.

All IT Infrastructure was tested and delivered on time, within budget and as per international standards.
