Deliver business analysis activities for a wide-ranging set of projects across the Technology team and manage all change procedures across the department. To provide administrative support and coordination to the Technology change control process
  • Support Technology Readiness activities: provide planning, co-ordination and execution of Technology-led Readiness activities, including technical rehearsals, business simulations and other activities to progress Technology team readiness for the Games
  • ‘Lessons Learned’ process: define and implement a Lessons Learned process across the Technology team covering learnings from our participation in the Readiness / Test event programme
  • Business Analyst Project Management: perform a wide range of business analysis activities across varying aspects of Technology
  • Produce plans: ability to assimilate the work required, articulate this clearly and produce a workplan to deliver it
  • Reporting: ensure regular, clear and concise reporting of progress of activities to the Lead Business Analyst
  • Issue management: undertake daily issue identification across allocated business analysis work, providing response planning and resolution , with escalation as and when required
  • Project communications: support dissemination of project communications as required across the Technology team
  • Lead working groups: Be able to take the leadership role with a working group, facilitating the team to a pre-defined objective 
  • Subject Matter expertise: From previous experience, be able to provide subject matter expertise or knowledge to assist resolution of issues across the Technology function
  • Change Control process and tool: Be a leader for Technology in application of the change control process across the team

    IT Change Management
  • Define the change management process for Technology function
  • Ensure actions and updates are applied in a timely manner
  • Provide management information reporting as required
  • Any other ad hoc administration duties that may arise
  • Manage software licences
  • A track record of successful delivery of a wide range of tasks and activities on major projects and programmes
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a wide raging set of tasks
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and to quickly produce a workplan to address a specific work package of analysis activity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal) 
  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems and structure analysis workload packages to develop solutions
  • Structured thinker, highly organised
  • Flexible, resilient and positive through organizational growth and change 
  • ITIL knowledge and experience desirable
  • Experience in a previous Change Management / Administration support role desirable
