The role will be responsible for the planning, allocation, distribution and recovery of all the technology assets across all venues.
  • Define and manage the technology equipment allocation program, for technology.
  • Develop effective working relationships with other functional areas and technology partners & suppliers to ensure their requirements are understood and accommodated within the constraints of the project.
  • Lead the equipment allocation database contributing to its development and structure and ensuring data is captured consistently and effectively.
  • Lead the development of the technology equipment allocation, management and recovery plans working closely with VTMs.
  • Prioritise work, develop and maintain an overall program of works.
  • Previous experience in TEA in major events highly desirable 
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Office applications 
  • Good understanding of all the elements of a large, rapid deployment of resources and infrastructure with strict time constraints.
  • Strong ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and make recommendations. 
  • Highly resilient, able to work under pressure to deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Diligently manage issues and risks across venues ensuring escalation where required.
  • Educated to Degree Level.
