The role will be responsible for the planning, allocation, distribution and recovery of all the technology assets across all venues.
Define and manage the technology equipment allocation program, for technology.
Develop effective working relationships with other functional areas and technology partners & suppliers to ensure their requirements are understood and accommodated within the constraints of the project.
Lead the equipment allocation database contributing to its development and structure and ensuring data is captured consistently and effectively.
Lead the development of the technology equipment allocation, management and recovery plans working closely with VTMs.
Prioritise work, develop and maintain an overall program of works.
Previous experience in TEA in major events highly desirable
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Office applications
Good understanding of all the elements of a large, rapid deployment of resources and infrastructure with strict time constraints.
Strong ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
Highly resilient, able to work under pressure to deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances.
Diligently manage issues and risks across venues ensuring escalation where required.
