  • Understanding customer’s needs, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
  • Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employer’s systems and processes
  • Cold-calling to create interest in products (hardware, software) and services, then generate new opportunities and arrange meetings with existing and new customers
  • Identifying customer's problems, providing solution to solve them
  • Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently
  • Find out of constantly changing software and hardware systems and peripherals
  • Providing advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of hardware and software, both before and after the sale
  • Advising on software, hardaware features and how they can be useful for business in a variety of using area
  • Meeting sales targets set by head managers and contributing to team targets
  • Working with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
  • Responding to tender documents
  • Contributing to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues.
  • Self-motivation, results-driven attitude, dedication and focusing
  • A good level of technical understanding with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses
