Working as part of the project management team, reporting to the Project Director, the MEP Manager is responsible for all aspects of the project relating to development of design for MEP solution, implementation and ongoing maintenance support for MEP systems. The role includes the management of the MEP team to ensure that the day to day duties are performed professionally and team is capable to support the ongoing project activities.
 
-        Lead the team of MEP specialists and MEP vendors on development of design documentation, project and technical documentation and commercial offers.
-        Producing the budget proposal including bill of material and other information required for professional offer of MEP system
-        Effectively manager MEP team to ensure that team has required skills, knowledge and capabilities to build the MEP solution
-        Development of design documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
-        Material acquisition plan, shop drawings plan, subcontracting plan, method statements, inspection and testing plan,
-        Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design.
-        Prepare periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities and safety records.
-        Provides guidance, managerial, technical support to complete project team.
-        Analyse drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling.
 
• At least 5 years of proven working experience in project management and MEP projects
• Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Technical Consultancy for MEP Systems.
• Installation, Testing, Inspection/Troubleshooting of MEP Systems.
• Tendering, Project Constructability Reviews, Cost/Time Estimation, Delay Assessment, Project Close-out.
• Site Management, Client & Supplier Contractual Negotiations, Project Profitability & Scheduling.
• Resource Management, Coordinating, Reporting.
• Communication & Interpersonal Networking, Conflict Resolution, Group Dynamics.
• Leadership, Team Building, Analytical and Motivational Skills.
• Computer Skills: MS Office, AutoCAD 
• Excellent communication skills
• Written and verbal communication skills (Azerbaijani, English, Russian)
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • PMP certification is highly desirable
